North Staffs GA WorldWise Quiz for students

Wednesday 26th November 2014 starting at 6.30
Room 119 Science Centre, Staffs University, Leek Road, Stoke-on-Trent.

A team comprises 3 students aged under 16 on 1st September 2014. Each school may enter up to 3 teams (but only one team per school can proceed to the final part of the quiz).
Entry is £5 per team, which includes refreshments.

Well done to the winners on the night, Newcastle under Lyme School; with Bablake School and Endon High School 2nd and 3rd respectively.
In all 10 teams took part and the question master was Bob Jones.

The Brandt Report was written by the Independent Commission, first chaired by Willy Brandt, former German Chancellor, in 1980, to review international development issues, The report resulted in an understanding of the drastic differences in the economic development for both the North and Southern hemispheres of the world.
