Just got dreaded call

Just got the dreaded call, in two days next week. Got three hours of GCSE in the morning and doing revision (Y9/10) has anyone got any idead on how to tackle this?

I had a similar scenario a few years back when pupils were at revision stage and Ofsted arrived.

What about setting up revision stations around the room where pupils rotate around them, each with a different task or topic. Groups could feed back at the end. 

Or you could go through success criteria for a specific question that involves level marking. Get pupils to mark sample answers before attempting question themselves. Plenty of chance for peer/ self assessment in that lesson.

Thanks for your response. OFSTED visit was interesting and went well, although didnt get seen (!) disappointing.

We are in the thick of it now. Got seen with a Year 13 A Level Geography- penultimate lesson before break point. All great! Outstanding
A younger member of the department got seen with a Year 8 class which was good
Senior Assistant Headteacher.

I think its great to be seen, you put all the effort and work into it and want someone to see that effort.
