AQA(B) for us. We used Edge's superb materials to survey the whole of Year 9 and they were very clear that this was the course they wanted.

i was at training recently for the GIS section and this site was recommended      http://www.ninis.nisra.gov.uk/   worth a look for CCEA people

Thanks Julie- will probably in touch over the summer when I start planning.

I've been impressed with the support from NI colleagues and CCEA so far, the syllabus is clear and the content traditional, which allows much scope for innovation in terms of teaching.

one for OCR B after pupil and staff opinions. Also the spec that many local schools are going for so  therefore easy to set up a network for the DME

This is really interesting and the results mirror  Staffs choices. Just a remider that getting Started courses are being offered here in Staffs - details on http://www.sln.org.uk/geography/tt.htm
I am surprised about the relaively low uptake for OCR A.

The polls seem to be throwing up a pretty consistent pattern. 200 schools have voted at:

Specification choices from 34 Buckinghamshire Schools are:
AQA-A:  16
AQA-B:   6
OCR-A:   1
OCR-B:   3
EDX-A:   4
EDX-B:   0
WJEC-A: 1
WJEC-B: 2
Not known: 1

Is there any way of adding these into the survey results above?
