A colleague has a 'Teachometer'

Four pictures showing how they are feeling: Tired, Old, Jolly Grumpy an arrow points to the current feeling.

Love the laminated cards idea!

These ideas are great - I discussed the laminated card idea with my S1 (Year 8)class today after I had told them what to do for the third time and answered the same question at least twice.

I make use of a globe stress ball which I throw at pupils I want to answer a question - it keeps them on their toes and as long as I can remember who I have asked everyone gets a turn - the class I use it most with are S2 (Year 9) - they love it.
