Alternative amusing geography levels
« on: March 13, 2011, 05:26:10 PM »
Does anyone have a copy of the alternative geography level descriptors?  The ones where level 3 is using crayons and level 8 is using scented gel pens!  Can't find my copy anywhere and really want a copy for our office!  Thanks in advance.

Level 2
I am aware of the necessity for colouring
in. I am beginning to use wax crayons.
Level 3
I can use wax crayons confidently. I am
able to combine two colours.
Level 4
I can colour between the lines and I am
beginning to deploy pencil crayons.
Level 5
I can use pencil crayons effectively. I am
able to differentiate between sea and land
on a basic map of the UK.
Level 6
I have mastered pencil crayons although I
remain unclear about why manufacturers
include a white one in every pack. I can
deploy more than one colour on a graph.
Level 7
I am beginning to use Gel Pen on graphs. I
am aware of the appropriate use of ‘smelly’
Gel Pens.
Level 8
I can use Gel Pens confidently. I am able to
combine colours in order to produce a
perplexing choropleth map of the Peak
District. I don’t know what it says but it
looks pretty.

That's the one - brilliant!  I shall make it look pretty and display it in the office!  Many thanks.
