Not actually to me but from an inspection last week in a friends school 'we can't give that lesson outstanding because five pupils were absent'.

Who are these people and what are they on!!!!!!!!

'I would say the lesson was good with outstanding features'.  When I asked what else I needed to do she couldn't tell me she just said 'it's a feeling you get sometimes, you know'!!!

Not at all helpful!

'As a staff you didn't seem excited by the inspection...'

and also

'you should think about a seating plan, I'd usually sit them boy girl boy girl' - I work in an all boys school.
