Geog 3 - AQA Geography GCE

A request for any exam questions for the Unit 3 exam in the summer.  Wew have a specimen example in our exam pack but unlike for the previous units the one on the AQA website is the same. 

Any examiners or those witrh insight out there got some materials they could share?

The essay style questions are very similar the ones on the old AQA A and B specs, and although the structure is different, the shorter answer questions are useful too.

We are using the model that you suggest Victoria.
Old AQA short answer questions and essay questions from the Paper 1 (GGA1) for Ecosystems and Tectonics from (GGA4); Worlds Cities from the old (GGA2) and Devewlopment from (GGA5) with some tweaking.

We are doing exactly the same.  I'm using the old essay titles with the new markscheme /40 rather than the old one whihc was /30.  Seems to be OK - its the best we can do at the moment.  I think the answer booklets might be better as our kids tend to write a fair bit for even short answers - we just need to make sure they are properly trained in keeping on top of the time.

Putting a comprehensive list together is something on my very long to-do list - however, you can still access the papers (I'm not sure how long for) here http://web.aqa.org.uk/qual/gceasa.php - Geography A and Geography B, then click on Assessment Material on the left-hand side.  You want GGA4 (physical) and GGA5 (human) from Spec A, and I think Unit 4 for Spec B.
