Good spot Alan - this is my (original) part of the world. Swansea is a real centre of development at the moment and makes a good study of urban regeneration. Wine Street in particular is always good fun.......

Talking of Swansea and Redevlopment and Regeneration... I did a big mystery lesson with my Year 12's and Year 11's on the Liberty Stadium that was built two years ago.
Huge consequences to the area it is built, as well as the stuttering redevelopment where the old stadium was.

If anyone wants a copy they are more than welcome to it. It did take a double lesson to full complete though.
