Added a lesson on Nike as an example of how a TNC operates. Includes a card sort and worksheet and 2 videos. Shows the 2 sides of Nike, the megabucks of sponsoring the likes of Tiger Woods while lots of people work for Nike making very little money. Hope its some use to somebody.

Uploaded a load of GCSE homework booklets that may be alittle out of date now.

Also updated Adapting Lessons and 50 starters neither of which i produced but both of which were fantastic when i was a little newer to all this!  The Montana Adapting PDF was a godsend when i was an NQT and 'binball' (which has NFL style franchises everywhere thanks to our PGCE students spreading the message) and loads of my other silly tricks to dupe the kids  all started here.

In looking for something good to contribute I came upon an old favourite of mine Beaches at Risk, the link from the creator seems to have been removed - This file of PDF's is designed for KS3 however many of the resources are useful for GCSE coastal work.

I can see I will need a new hard drive and a free weekend to gather some of these wonderful contributions. Thankyou to all contributors - I will seek out some more gems. :D :D

ooops. Just tried to bulk upload a few files to the system and didnt choose the zip files that I had created. Result = messy looking share folder with PowerPoints and word documents everywhere. If you want to delete them all, I will re-upload in zip format ??!! sorry.  :-[

Hi Podder
Let me know which files are yours and I will delete so you can upload the zip file instead.
Thanks

I have cleaned up the folder a bit. If I have deleted something that was uploaded by someone other than Podders, please let me know and I will reinstate it.
Podders, please can you check I've killed all your files? If you click on 'time' at the top of the page it will list them in the order in which they were uploaded. Then could you add the zip files instead?
Many thanks

I've uploaded some Simpson's lesson sheets, hope they are useful. They are based on the Safari, China and Italy episodes. I've included a list of the episodes numbers. I've uploaded them as publisher files and jpegs in case you can't open them.

That Shanty Town DME looks excellent, I like the bonus point additions

I think I understand it teaching it tomorrow will let you know.

Apologies to anyone who downloaded my Dharavi ppt - I forgot the word document which is referred to in slide 5.  It is now there as well.  Hope it is of some use.  I used it for KS4.

There are a couple of comment in the "notes" section of the powerpoint to explain video resources used.

Thanks for all the resources.  I will be putting many to use!
