Ice Flows Game
« on: July 13, 2017, 05:10:53 PM »
Hi everyone - I'm currently finishing off an education pack based around the Ice Flows Game, developed by Anne Le Brocq of Exeter University. It'll be available in the next month or so, but the game might make a useful part of your end of term activities. Find it, and play it, here: http://www.iceflowsgame.com/ With Larsen C calving a huge iceberg yesterday, the timing is perfect, as it's a reminder that this is a natural part of ice shelf development. If you wanted a comparison tool to see how big berg A68 is, try this: https://interaktiv.morgenpost.de/eisberg-groessenvergleich/
