I don't visit or post as much as I did in the early days (years ago) but can I just say a MASSIVE thanks from 4 very stressed Geographers (2 are also Head of House, one is HoD and myself - Director of Sixth Form, so we don't have a lot of time!) - this quiz is amazing - thank you so much.

We do fieldwork for a week at Slapton but they tend to use the rivers day for their 4A.

We do Tectonics, Weather, Development and Conflicts

I use ideoco for mark book. I do my attendance on an attendance template from numbers (because I don't like the big chunky ticks in ideoco!). Looked at lots of planner type apps but now have my schemes of work emailed then saved in Goodreader. Goodreader lets you create a URL link so then I put the URL link in my calendar (once I've put timetable in of course). This means I can click on a lesson (or a meeting) in my calendar and then just click on the link and it opens my lesson plan or scheme of work (or whatever I've linked). Use seat charter app for seating plans. Would love to have everything the way I liked it in one app but I've looked for over a year and not found one that has everything I want

We have schemes of work for 4 human and 3 physical topics for Aqa A if you need to change (they are written to our school format so pretty much lesson plans rather than vague scheme of work

AQA A Ning still active. We do this course so if there is anything particular you want give me a shout (poss best to email as I'm not as addicted to SLN as I was for many years so don't visit every day!)

General Discussion / Re: Sharing Resources
« on: January 13, 2012, 09:25:04 PM »
Back to the original topic - I too found one resource that was mine (and now will be carefully looking at all the rest). Am well hacked off that something I shared to save people time has been stolen and used by someone else to make money (insert swear word here for what I think of that person!).  >:( >:(
The only positive is that the site removed the resource very quickly when I pointed it out.

Does anyone know if the Geography of crime programmes are anywhere on the Internet? We have an old copy on video which we can't use anymore but the programmes themselves are really useful so we'd like to use them! Thanks
